Who I am

For nearly three decades, I worked in senior leadership roles within global organizations—leading teams, navigating crises, high stakes decision making, organizational transformation.  Along the way, I learned something that changed how I understand leadership:

Leadership performance is inseparable from emotional mastery and mindset.

In high responsibility roles, strategy can be sound and execution can be strong – yet impact stalls when leaders operate from chronic pressure, reactivity, misalignment or depleted energy. Over time, I saw the differentiator repeatedly.

Great leadership is an inner process first—before it becomes an outer function.

I am Claudia Coenjaerts, an ICF-credentialed coach (ACC), and I work with senior leaders and high potential professionals who want to lead with calm authority, trust, and strategic clarity – and deliver results without burnout.

I coach in English, French, Spanish, and Dutch, working globally—virtually and in person.

My coaching framework

In high-responsibility roles, performance isn’t only about skills—it’s about the inner conditions you lead from. My approach follows a clear sequence: Insight → Alignment → Impact. We build the roots first, then you choose the Impact Sprint(s) that will create the biggest ripple effect in your role.
